Project Description: The State Thomas Residential project is a 4 story, multi-family project on 2.5 acres located in the State Thomas Historic District in the uptown area of Dallas. Consisting of a total of 9 buildings and approximately 400 units, the entire project is constructed above and existing parking structure. The 4 story structures create the focal point of the development, an interior plaza which includes a pool, spa, fountains, outdoor fireplace, and passive entertaining areas. The goal of this project was to create and atmosphere of luxury and provide resort style living in an urban setting.
