Project Description: Timber Creek is a 43 acre retail development located in North Dallas. Timber Creek was planned to provide an upscale shopping experience meeting the rigid requirements of the City of Dallas and the Army Corp of Engineers. MMA’s Landscape Architecture department was instrumental in obtaining approval from the City of Dallas and the Army Corp of Engineers for the tree removal and required mitigation.
